Last week, we attended the International Cartographic Conference organized by the International Cartographic Association in Vancouver, Canada. During the conference, we presented the results of our research projects (Two centuries of Railways in the Czech Lands, Vltava II, Borders as a cultural-historical phenomenon) and, based on discussions with other colleagues, we received stimulating feedback.

At the same time, we attended a traditional Czech evening organized for members of the Czech Cartographic Association.
